AgentRoute is a field-sales app for travel agency account managers. This page explains what the app and agentroute.app store, why, and how you can remove it.

What we store

• Your account: your email address, your name, and either a password (stored only as a salted hash) or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google. If you use Google, we also keep the link to your Google profile picture.
• Your records: the agencies, visits, follow-ups and document entries you create, and your profile (name, role, company, phone, photo, monthly goals). These sync to your account so they appear on any phone you sign in on.
• Location: only when you tap Check in or use the route and "Nearby" features, and only if you allowed location. The location of a check-in is saved with that visit. AgentRoute does not track you in the background.

What stays on your phone

Business card photos, office photos and scanned document PDFs stay on the phone that took them. The text the app reads from a business card is read on your phone. Backup files you save go where you choose.

Who processes the data

The website and the sync service run on Cloudflare. Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap, and address lookups use OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Business card text is read on the phone with Google ML Kit. Google sign-in is handled by Google. We do not sell data, show ads or use analytics trackers in the app.

How long we keep it

Your records stay in your account until you delete them or delete the account. Deleting the account removes your records, profile and sign-in details from our database straight away.

Your choices

• Delete single records in the app at any time.
• Export everything as a backup file from Account → Backup.
• Delete your account from Account → Delete account, or see how to delete your account.
